Distillery District Lofts: Why the pure Spirit lofts are the soul of this historic 'hood
There's a ton of buyer choice here at a lot of different price points. Pure Spirit offers both soft lofts and condos along with a wide range of suite sizes across 380 units. There's ground level retail in the base podium, topped off by four levels of soft lofts and terrace units with the glass tower of condos perched above that.

The Interior Design
We see it all too often with developers these days - starchitecture and designer lobbies with boring, cookie-cutter units or fabulous condos with lack-lustre - at times, downright depressing - common areas. But Pure Spirit manages to offer a consistent, quality aesthetic throughout.
Design here is modern and thoughtful but doesn't feel like it's trying too hard.
