10 Cool Condos

Sadly developers are converting fewer Loft buildings today than ever before. Many developers have learned it is much more profitable and easier to build new as opposed to converting an older building. While your heart may be set on a loft you might want to be open minded and consider these Condos that still have a cool factor.

The Hudson - 438 King:  Great King West location, Really classy lobby and stylish amenities. Very reasonable Maintenance fees. Developed by Great Gulf Homes who are a Mercedes caliber developer in the city. Charlie Condos, next Door is also a worthy mention.

The Spire - 33 Lombard: Situated between St Lawrence market and the financial district. It got a super modern feel and finish. It's a very reasonably priced for a condo of this calibre esp when you see the crazy high prices of pre-construction condos in the area.

Quantum Towers - 2181Yonge St: Located at "Yonge and Eligible" this development has some of the nicest amenities in the area. Everything you could imagine or need is only a few steps away. My Folks live in this building and they Love it. Also known as Minto Midtown

One Bedford - 1 Bedford Rd: While this is not the best building in yorkville by any stretch it has some of the nicest views you will find. If you're looking for a million dollar view look no further.

One York Quay - 77- 99 Harbour Square - This building is one of my favourite waterfront Condos. Considering it's age it has really stood the test of time really well. It's a solid building with loads of cool amenities. Infact this building has it's own shuttle bus service running up and down bay street which makes it Ideal for induviduals working in the financial District. It's lake views are also pretty cool, especially in the summer.

Maple Leaf Square 55-65 bremner. Are you a hockey and sports fan? This Development is the best location for serious fans. Overlooking the Air Canada Centre. This development has every amenity and at your door step, including a longos grogery store on the lower levels and the Real Sports bar which is the most impressive sports bar in the world.
