Big thanks to Brendon for helping my brother and I purchase our first place. He had several meetings with us to go through home ownership, what to expect in the market and how to best select the right place. The search was sometimes stressful but rewarding. At one point we had given up and decided to discontinue our search. However, Brendon reassured us that this sometimes can happen, places will come, now is a good time to buy and we should be patient. After another week, places started showing up and we were overwhelmed with choices. Once again, he guided us with his knowledge and expertise to narrow down our selections and choose the right one. I am proud to say that it was a pleasure working with Brendon. The condo is definitely what we wanted and we will continue to enjoy our time here till we are ready to upgrade. P.S. We were so fortunate to have Brendon Cowans with us, it was our first purchase not in a pre-construction building. We didn't know any agent so we just searched on the web for a unit in the area we would like to buy and we found him. Since the very first day, he was with us, always so friendly and with a big nice smile. We had only one week to find a nice condo because my husband had to travel, so he understood right away our necessities. Next day we met him he sent us as many suggestions that were available on the market, so we went and saw 4 units. When we found the unit that we wanted he was very diligent and helped us to get a better price for the apartment. We got it for $4,000 less and I really, really didn't have any idea about the process of buying an apartment but he made us feel really confident and was guiding us all the time and explained with a lot of patience all the process, always with a friendly attitude. Brendon went above and beyond what a person would normally expect from a realtor. He was as always a step ahead all the way through the purchasing process. He is the best, we learnt a lot from him.
