A graduate of Paisley University in Scotland, Craig relocated to Toronto in 2002 where he spent 5 years with Colliers International in commercial real estate appraisal and commercial mortagage underwriting in markets all across Canada. He later benefited from a valuable and eye-opening period working in the breath-taking real estate market of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. However, after he realised that 52 degree temperatures are not highly compatible with a pale-skinned Scotsman, we were delighted to see him return to Canada to join the MrLoft.Ca Team as a residential Loft-specialist in the downtown Toronto market. Craig's clients benefit from his broad range of real estate experience, his intricate knowledge of Toronto's neighbourhoods, buildings and future hot-spots - not to mention his relaxed, professional, diligent and friendly demeanor, all of which are only offset by his frequent dodgy jokes. Craig describes himself as a fun-loving person who is constantly striving to learn new things and expand his horizons. One of his favourite aspects of the job is the opportunity to meet friendly and interesting new people each and every day. The satisfaction of providing clients with valuable market knowledge and strategic advice while helping them secure their dream home or sell their existing home in a timely manner for maximum profit has him jumping out of bed every morning with a spring in his step.
