Backstory: We had previous experience in the RE market in Vancouver and Toronto with Realtors that were recommended from friends, and were more than a disappointment, with slim market knowledge, only looking out for their own interests, putting us in high pressure scenarios in order to spend the highest dollar and delivering zero results. "Todd and I connected through the Mr. Lofts website. When we first met we talked about my likes, dislikes, must haves and nice-to-haves. He took that criteria to show me what had been sold in the past so I could get a good idea of what buildings were out there even if they didn't have any units for sale at that time.
