954 King was one of Urban Corps better-known projects. (Urban Corp recently filed for Bankruptcy and pissed off a ton of preconstruction buyers) The  King West Village lofts are 2-storey with open concept living, dining and kitchens with urban concrete ceilings. The Building is two blocks from Trinity Bellwoods Park (One of my favourite summer hangout spots), there is a TTC stop literally at your doorstep. This location must have a ridiculously high walk score as I cannot think of anything you cannot find within 1km from 954 King. The building is over ten years old now and some of the finishes are showing their age unless upgraded by subsequent owners. A building to watch if you love the 2-storey layouts. Living at 954 King Street you will always have something to do on any given night. King West Village lofts are nice walk or TTC hop from the Rogers Centre, where you can enjoy watching your favourite baseball player hit a home run, or you could explore the deep-sea thrills of Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada. Not to mention boutique shopping and restaurants along King West’s Fashion and Entertainment Districts, Queen Street music and shows, outdoor activities along Toronto’s waterfront, and the up-and-coming boutique design hubs of Liberty Village. Some local hot spots to check out include The County General on Queen Street for homestyle food and handcrafted cocktails, Sushi 930 on King Street for large takeaway platters, and Mildred’s Temple Kitchen on Shops at King Liberty for weekend brunch
