The Tip Top Tailor building is a historic property located near Toronto's waterfront. It's hard to miss this building with it's massive bright Red Tip Top Tailors sign hovering above the building. Built in 1929 by Bishop & Miller, the Art Deco building was originally a warehouse and office facility for the Toronto clothing retailer. Converted in 2005, these units are tastefully finished the lower floors offer original hard lofts with massive mushrrom concrete pillars while the new upper floors are modern soft lofts. The Westerly view is very special especially in the summer time. Certain units have a wonderful view of the yacht club.
