This low rise inconspicuous building houses 101 of Toronto's most industrial funky lofts. The live/work environment is extremely popular with photographers, artists and designers in the Studio District. Most units have outdoor space, or at least the option to build outdoor space above your unit. The standard finishes in the Lofts were very basic, fortunately many owners have upgraded the kitchens and bathrooms. The I-Zone has easy access to the Gardiner & the DVP.
