Built by Bob Mitchell, a well known Toronto Loft builder. This project is just south of the Danforth on Pape Ave. Like most Mitchell lofts, the hallways are cramped and finished below par, however he makes up for this by providing great living areas. It's a beautiful looking building - the units are all unique, the kitchen and bathroom finishes are mediocre unless upgraded. Despite being a hard loft there is very little exposed brick or wood in the units we have inspected.
