Streetcar Developments are staking their claim as one of the leading developers in Toronto's lower east end, now anchoring both the east and west side of the DVP at Riverside & Corktown with a total of six new residential loft buildings. The Corktown District lofts are offered in two phases. Phase I consist of three separate but nearby buildings at 549 and 569 King Street East with the third just around the corner at 52 Sumach Street.
