The Ideal Lofts are one of my favourite buildings, it's Proximity to UofT and Little Italy make it an easy sell. While the ideal lofts have no amenities this helps keep maintenance fees in check. The lofts offers typical soft loft features like concrete ceilings, engineered hardwood floors and functional layouts. It has a mix of both two storey and one storey lofts. With only 68 lofts this building is the perfect size for creating an intimate friendly environment. Come summer time this one of the best locations for enjoying life, food and Gelato from Dolce(try the Bacio flavour).
