Fashion House Lofts Review:

Freed Development have numerous high profile new-build projects in the works at the moment. This striking project on the north side of King Street West between Brant and Portland will certainly carry the 'wow' factor. Designed in three distinct architectural boxes of glass stacked atop each other, the uppermost block will be set back from the King Street property line to allow for a stunning rooftop patio and pool area, complete with a miniature forest of downtown trees and other greenery which will be sure to boast one of the City's best views of the downtown skyline. The project will incorporate the 160 year old industrial building constructed in 1882 for the Toronto Silver Plate Company and the finished product will bring the site to the cutting edge of modern design. The Fashion House will provide high-end retail on the ground level and the building will stand a combined 14 stories tall, housing 334 residential condos. Occupancy is scheduled for the early part of 2012.
