Boiler Factory Lofts Review:The Boiler Factory Lofts are hard lofts that have it all - central location, exposed brick, wood beams, hardwood floors and roof terraces. Unfortunately there are only 11 lofts in the building, so gaining access to one of these units is no mean feat. Developed by Paul De Haas, a dedicated loft developer who has completed many other loft projects such as the Knitting Mill Lofts at 426 Queen Street East.
