Andrew is a licensed Realtor specializing in downtown loft conversions. He is a graduate of Paisley University in Scotland with an honours degree in Land Economics. After working as an appraiser in Glasgow, Scotland, Andrew moved to Canada in 2002 to work with a Toronto based commercial real estate brokerage. In 2005 Andrew began work as a senior underwriter for a large principal lender, securing debt on a variety of commercial real estate projects across the country. Now in residential real estate, Andrew is a loft specialist - focusing primarily on the resale market in and around the downtown core.

Andrew has a solid grounding in real estate, and prides himself on being a patient, hardworking and detail orientated realtor who gives honest objective advice to his clients. Andrew is an avid soccer player who is also known to enjoy the occasional dram of whiskey.
