The Ideal Lofts are one of my favourite buildings, it's proximity to UofT and Little Italy make it an easy sell. While Ideal Lofts has no amenities this will help keep maintenance fees in check. There is also COLLEGE ST AT BATHURST ST Light RailStop, only steps away, with (Bus) route 306 Carlton, and (Light Rail) route 506 Carlton nearby. If you're driving from Ideal Lofts, you'll have decent access to the rest of the city by way of Gardiner Expressway as well, which is within a few minutes drive getting on and off at Rees St.
